I downloaded the two files using
HTTP save the link as
method
the B/W PDF stalls at the 11 meg mark and goes no farther.
the full PDF downloads and appears after a quick scan through
to be uncorrupted

I know from past experience that just clicking on the page
link will stall both of these with a comm timeout, but at least one of the files is intact and available.
I'm running Win XP and the generic Adobe Reader.
